Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Mirrormingle pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at connect.mirrormingle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different style or product of equal value within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
